The Jekyll and Hyde slot is a 5-reel, 25 pay line online slot game from bgo Entertainment. The theme of the slot is of course based on the famous tale by Robert Louis Stevenson of the good Doctor Jekyll and his struggles with drinking. Every time he drank a strange concoction of his own brewing, he would radically transform into the evil and murderous Mr Hyde. Happily, Doctor Jekyll was able to cure his drinking problem by turning into Mr Hyde permanently.
The symbols in this game are playing card values ten to king and some other items of Victorian paraphernalia, including a couple of lovely-looking ladies. To win, you need to land either two (in the case of Dr Jekyll and the two Victorian hotties) or three identical symbols on adjacent reels from the left hand reel on an active pay line. All pay lines are active throughout the game.

Payouts range from 5x for two Dr Jekylls or the ladies, up to 1,000x for five of the ‘not so good’ Doctor.
Mr Hyde is ‘wild’, and appropriately so. If one wild symbol appears on a reel, it expands to fill the whole reel, triggering more wins.
The game has two modes – Dr Jekyll mode or Mr Hyde mode which doubles your bet. In Mr Hyde mode, the chemical flask ‘scatter’ symbol turns red and ‘leaks’ onto other symbols. You need three scatters anywhere to trigger the free spins bonus game.
In this game, a flask appears that’s full of potion. During each free spin, if a scatter lands on the right-hand reel, a quarter of the potion is consumed. Once all the potion has gone the flask shatters and the free spins end. During free spins in Dr Jekyll mode every time you land a scatter, the prize multiplier advances one stage from x1 to x5. In Mr Hyde mode, each scatter turns one of the character symbols in a wild.
