Cashapillar is a bug-infested 5 reel, 100 max payline slot from Microgaming. This game caused a bit of a stir when it was first released for two reasons. Firstly, this was one of the first slots to go beyond the '5 reel, 3 row' template that was based on video slots in Las Vegas and other hot slots venues. Secondly, this slot had an amazing 100 possible pay lines. Most online slots at the time seldom ventured above forty. 'Cashapillar' is of course a play on 'Caterpillar', but perhaps with the 100 pay lines it would have been more appropriate if a centipede was the main feature of the game. Instead, the symbols here are all bugs – grasshoppers, beetles, ladybirds, snails, and the 'cashapillar' himself. There are playing card symbols ten through ace too.
All one hundred lines in this game are selectable, although you might as well always go for the century! You can flip between 0.01 and 0.02 as your coin size, and choose as many coins as you want in play on each spin from one to ten – the bigger your gamble, the larger the potential prizes of course. The cashapillar logo is the wild symbol here and subs for all other symbols aside from the bonus symbol. The wild appears stacked five symbols high on all reels and all wins containing a wild are doubled.
