The game is based on the age-old middle eastern folk tale which was a version of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ for the age. Tricked into entering a magic cave by an evil sorcerer, a young Chinese urchin named Aladdin commences his rags-to-riches journey by finding and polishing a magic lamp from which a genie appears, granting Aladdin enough wishes to turn him into a very wealthy young fellow. In true fairy-tale fashion, Aladdin kills both the evil sorcerer and the sorcerer’s brother while everyone else lives happily ever after.
In this slot, jewels and characters from the tale make up the symbols. All 15 pay lines are in play at all times, and your bet can be anything from £0.15 to £36 in multiples of £0.15. Payouts start at x3 for three blue gems or blue diamonds, and go up to x750 for three ‘Aladdin’ symbols.
The ‘Genie’ symbol acts as the ‘Wild’ symbol and substitutes for all other symbols. Each time the genie appears on a winning line, he triggers a free re-spin with an increasing multiplier that starts off at x2 and increases one level each time until it is capped at x5. Also, each time you win, a lamp along the screen at the top is lit. If you manage to light four lamps, you gain seven free spins.
