Vegazino in a nutshell
Vegazino online casino was launched in March 2016 with a little bit of a fanfare. It’s a UK-based casino that’s powered by Nektan (Gibraltar) Limited’s white label solution. Nektan is based in Gibraltar and is licensed by the government of Gibraltar and the UK Gambling Commission. Other Nektan-powered casinos include Spin Princess Casino and Sapphire Rooms Casino.
We’re guessing that the name ‘Vegazino’ is a portmanteau of the words ‘Vegas’ and ‘Casino’ – two hot ‘keywords’ in the realm of online wagering. It’s a brilliant name and we’re not sure why no one else has ever come up with it before.
So, will you be keen-o on Vegazino? Or will you cry Vegazi-NO! Read on to find out (and to experience less bad puns) …
What’s the look and feel of Vegazino?
The Nektan-theme will be familiar to anyone who has played at a Nektan-powered casino before. Once you’re beyond the very neat Vegazino landing page you’ll recognise what’s in front of you should you have played at one of Nektan’s other sites.
All games are gathered together in one place and in alphabetical order, so you should have no problem in finding the game that you want.
What games are available at Vegazino?
Games here are mainly provided by NetEnt and NextGen Gaming. Even though both those providers have a full portfolio of casino games, the vast majority of the titles at Vegazino are online slots games. You do get to play some of the best slots around though, such as Fortunes of Sparta, Spiñata Grande and Pixies of the Forest.
If you’re not too big of a fan of slots, then you might feel a little left out here. Aside from two versions of blackjack and a version apiece of roulette and video poker, it’s all slots. There are a few scratch cards too.
The live casino here is provided by Extreme Live Gaming and has baccarat, blackjack and roulette.
Like all Nektan’s sites, games are provided by NetEnt, NextGen/NYX Gaming, IGT, Realistic Games, Aristrocrat, Lightning Box and Nektan themselves.
Live help is available 24/7.
If you prefer playing on your smart phone or tablet then Vegazino has you covered with a mobile-optimised version of their site.
What promotions are available at Vegazino?
Vegazino has a scorching hot deal awaiting all new players. If you’ve never played at Vegazino before then you can earn yourself a bonus of up to £500, plus fifty free spins.
Your welcome bonus schedule at Vegazino is as follows:
- 1st deposit – 200% matched bonus up to £50 + fifty free spins
- 2nd deposit – 100% matched bonus up to £200
- 3rd deposit – 50% matched bonus up to £250
To claim a bonus you need to make a deposit of at least £10. For your first deposit, if you make a deposit of at least £10 then you will in addition be awarded fifty bonus spins on Starburst, worth £0.10 each.
The wagering conditions here are a little unfriendly – thirty (30) times the value of the bonus and the deposit. You can only meet wagering requirements by using slots, and not blackjack nor roulette. You must meet wagering requirements within twenty-eight days of your bonus being awarded, and you cannot win more than four times than the value of your bonus. Free spins winnings are paid out as bonus cash.
Once you’re settled as a Vegazino player there are other bonuses for you to enjoy. For example, if you deposit between £10 and £50 on a Monday then Vegazino will match your amount one hundred percent with bonus money. This bonus cash is subject to the same T&Cs as the welcome bonuses. On Thursdays you will receive a twenty-five percent cash back boost on all your losses up to £100 as bonus cash, as long as you’ve won at least £10 during the qualification period. There’s also fifty bonus spins to be had EVERY DAY as long as you make a minimum deposit of £10. These spins are again worth £0.10 each and must be used on Starburst.
The VIP scheme at Vegazino is called the ‘Privileged Club’. It is by invite only (although you can ask Vegazino very nicely if you want to join) and priviliged players get cash back offers, weekly bonuses, deposit rewards and free spins.
There are a number of convenient ways you can fund your gambling activity at Vegazino. Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards are accepted of course, as are eWallets Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard. You can also pay via your mobile phone bill using a service created by Boku. You are limited to between £10 and £30 per day though, and you cannot withdraw via this method. The minimum accepted deposit across the board is £10, and all deposits are processed instantly.
You can withdraw to Visa, Skrill or Neteller. You can only make one withdrawal every twenty-four hours and you must withdraw between £20 and £2,000 per transaction. A withdrawal may take up to seventy-two hours to process, after which it should be in your Skrill or Neteller account immeadiately, or your Visa account in between three and five working days.
The final verdict
We were pretty excited the first time we landed on Vegazino’s landing page as we thought the design showed a great deal of promise. We were then a little disappointed to discover Nektan’s white label solution lurking underneath. It’s not that there’s anything particularly wrong with Nektan’s offerings (aside from the lack of table games), but it’s just something we’ve seen before.
Those bonuses look decent though, although we would be appreciative of more favourable terms when it comes to meeting wagering requirements. So, one more gambling place we are likely to go, is the Nektan-powered casino Vegazino!
