Hello Casino in a nutshell
Hello Casino is a mighty-fine looking casino that at least gives you a warm welcome. It’s run by INS Ltd in London, UK, on behalf of Caddell Limited NV who operate out of Curaçao.
Caddell run a number of successful online casinos, including GDAY Casino, 21Prive, Diamond 7 and Mainstage. Hello Casino was an INS/Caddel Xmas present to the online casino world, saying ‘hello’ for the first time in December 2014. The casino has managed to pull together plenty of the best software providers for their mammoth collection of gaming titles.
So, will Hello Casino be an online casino you’ll be saying ‘hello’ to frequently, or will it be a case of a quick fling and an even quicker goodbye? We suggest you keep on reading to find out …
What’s the look and feel of Hello Casino?
We like inventive casinos at Rightcasino.com, and while we can’t say Hello Casino is the most inventive we’ve ever seendesign-wise, it’s certainly a step up from the usual casino fodder. It’s big, bold and brassy, and gives you’re the reassurance that you’re dealing with a legit organisation.
Navigation is a breeze and we really like the transparency of all the bonus terms and conditions, and the simple FAQ pages.
Hello Casino looks great – dynamic, professional and appealing.
We really can’t complain about this one. Hats off to Hello Casino!
What games are available at Hello Casino?
You’ll be saying hello to lots of slots at Hello Casino, and some very familar names. Included in the slots ‘Hall of Fame’ at Hello Casino are Cosmic Fortune, Foxin’ Wins and Go Bananas. It will not surprise you either to see a certain Gonzo popping up around the site. There are just under 120 video slots in total, plus four ‘classic slots’. If you like the slots from a particular provider, then you can use the filter to filter out all games not provided by your favourite.
There are twenty one table games available – eight versions of blackjack, eight versions of roulette, two of baccarat, two casino poker games and red dog.
The live casino has three versions of blackjack and two of roulette – all live games are provided by NetEnt.
Under the ‘Other’ tab you’ll find four versions of video poker and two scratch cards
There are many providers at Hello Casino, but the main stars are definitely NetEnt. The others are definitely in the ‘second tier’ of software providers – names such as Amaya, NYX and Leander.
The site has a live casino as mentioned previously, and live support is available 24/7.
There is a mobile version of the site, but it does do not have the full range of games as the desktop site.
Can I play at Hello Casino on mobile?
The mobile version of Hello Casino looks just as good as the desktop version. It loads quickly and offers the same features as the main site.
What promotions are available at Hello Casino?
It’s ‘Greetings from Hello Casino’ with a welcome bonus that covers your first three deposits. Here’s what the bonus schedule looks like:
- 1st deposit – 100% up to €100 + 25 bonus spins (Gonzo’s Quest or Twin Spin Deluxe)
- 2nd deposit – 50% up to €250
- 3rd deposit – 50% up to €150 + 25 bonus spins (Asgardian Stones or Bloodsuckers 2)
The even worse news is that the following slots are not eligible for wagering requirements: Blood Suckers, Dead or Alive, Devils Delight, Kings of Chicago, Beetle Frenzy, Gold Rush, Jackpot 6000, Lucky 8 Line, Magic Love, Mega Joker, Pirate’s Gold, Safari Madness, Super Nudge 6000 and Big Bad Wolf. Also, players from Belarus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine are not eligible to receive this bonus.
Wagering requirements for both bonus funds and bonus spins are set at x35.
Players from these regions are also sadly excluded from the other promotions that Hello Casino offers. They say they will give registered players random bonuses on a regular basis, including no deposit bonuses, cash back bonuses and free spins. The T&Cs attached to all bonuses are the same as with the initial welcome bonus.
VIPs receive special treatment at the Hello Casino, as well they might expect. It’s an invitation-only VIP club, but once you’re in, you’ll be in line for plenty of extra special benefits. These include your own personal account manager, exciting VIP events, a bonus program and a cash-back scheme that pays you twenty percent back on all your deposits.
New players only. One offer per player. Min dep £10. Max bonus bet £5. 1st dep offer is 100% up to £100 + 25 Bonus spins on Gonzo’s Quest & Twin Spin Delux. Spins expire after 10 days, funds after 30 days. Bonus funds separate to Cash. Wager req of 35X Deposit + Bonus apply. BeGambleAware.org
Like everything else at Hello Casino, the banking options are crystal clear. You can use Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, plus a number of alternative solutions from the common (Skrill and Neteller) to the not so common (Trustpay, Qiwi and DotPay, for example). The minimum deposit amount is €10, and all transactions are processed instantly.
Withdrawal options are not so numerous – just Visa, Skrill, Neteller and Bank Wire transfers. The minimum amount for a withdrawal is €25. The site claims that all withdrawals are instant, but independent reports say they usually take between two and twelve hours. There’s a twenty-four to seventy-two hour pending periods for some withdrawals.
Does Hello Casino have a VIP Programme or Loyalty Scheme?
Players receive an invitation to the Hello VIP club as soon as they meet the requirements. Perks include an account manager, exclusive bonuses and cashback. Players can also collect loyalty points in exchange for bonus cash.
What are the pros & cons of Hello Casino?
Hello Casino has put together a first-rate casino, with a range of games, pleasant user experience and a lively promotional calendar.
- Bold and brassy design
- Lots of cashier options - for deposits anyway!
- Enough games to keep you entertained
- Very fast transaction times
- You can only meet wagering requirements using slots
- The games beyond NetEnt games are a little mundane
The final verdict
We really like what we find at Hello Casino. The design is a little ‘in your face’ but not so much as to be off-putting. We would like a few more ‘stellar’ software providers as well, but at the moment we’re content with NetEnt and the collection of second-string providers.
There’s nothing to really complain about, and those withdrawal processing times are very encouraging. It would be nice though if you could use games other than slots to meet your wagering requirements.
We’re guessing that this is one casino you may be saying hello to on a very frequent basis. Why not tell us how you get on?
