Conquer Casino in a nutshell

Conquer Casino is an online casino that’s been built by Progress Play Limited of Malta. At the time of this review the casino had just celebrated a year in existence, and despite a basic look it had managed to gather some very favourable reviews.

This casino is mainly a NetEnt, NYX Gaming and Microgaming-based gambling establishment. Progress Play was founded in 2009, but has been a little slow in establishing online casino sites – at the moment they have helped set up Bright Lights Casino, Fruity King and the devilish Sin Spins. All Progress Play casinos run via licences issued by the Malta Gaming Authority, and the UK Gambling Commission.

So, will Conquer Casino conquer all of your other casino favourites? You better keep on reading if you want to find out!

What’s the look and feel of Conquer Casino?

Conquer Casino is not going to win any awards for casino design, that much is clear. Not only is the construction of the site extremely basic, the site is littered with poor grammar and typos. Not many people go to online casinos to read, though, so we’re going to let this complaint slide.

What games are available at Conquer Casino?

All the software here is provided by some of the biggest names in the business, including Microgaming, 1X2 Gaming (or “1X2 Gamining” as it is spelt here), NetEnt and NYX/NextGen Gaming. That’s quite a nice selection of providers, which in turn means quite a nice selection of games, of course. Slots-wise, there are more than enough to keep even the most passionate slots fan entertained – too many to count in fact. Sign up here and soon you’ll be enjoying slotty classics such as Taco Brothers, Aloha! Cluster Pays and Big Bang.

The total number of casino table games is – appropriately for blackjack players – twenty-one. The final scores per game are roulette (8), Blackjack (8), video poker (3), table poker (1) and baccarat (1). No craps or sic bo though.

There is a live casino here that offers roulette, blackjack and baccarat.

Conquer Casino used to be a Microgaming-only casino, but has since welcomed NetEnt and NYX/NextGen Gaming on board, among others.

The site has a pleasant mobile version for smart phones and tablets.

Live chat is available 24/7.

What promotions are available at Conquer Casino?

First up, the site promises you a £800 welcome bonus that’s split over your first three deposits, as follows:

  • 1st deposit: 100% up to €/$/£200
  • 2nd deposit: 50% up to €/$/£300
  • 3rd deposit: 100% up to €/$/£300

The T&Cs are a tiny bit unclear about your wagering expectations. The site says you may withdraw your bonus winnings gained from each deposit bonus after completing wagering of 50x of the ‘deposit bonus’ amount. Does this mean the deposit and bonus, or just the bonus? If we were to put our money on it, we’d say it was the bonus only.

Note that in certain jurisdictions your wagering expectations are doubled. The T&Cs do not give a list of which jurisdictions – they just say ‘contact customer support’. If you feel you may reside in a jurisdiction where WRs are doubled, it’s best to check with the casino.

Different games make different contributions towards wagering, of course. All games count one hundred percent, except video poker which counts five percent and baccarat, blackjack, roulette and casino poker which all count ten percent. The site makes no mention of any time limit associated with the bonus, but winnings are capped at fifty times the bonus amount.

The promotions section has a ‘high roller bonus’ tab, but there are no details about such a bonus to hand if you click on it. Other bonuses are mentioned though:

  • Big Cash Weekend Race
  • Game of the Day
  • Insurance Day (ten percent cash back)
  • Weekly Surprise
  • Monday Madness

Unfortunately if you click on any of the promotional graphics you simply get passed back to the main landing page, so the details of these promos will have to remain a mystery!

The VIP scheme is not such a mystery, though. This is spread over five levels – bronze to diamond – and you leap up the levels by earning VIP points. You earn one VIP point for every $/£/€16 that you spend at the casino, and you need five hundred points to progress from Bronze to Silver level. Reaching the top level is achieved by earning over 10,000 points.

Top level VIPs really do get the casino cream – VIP customer support, a birthday present and their own personal account manager.

Conquer Casino is one of the growing number of online casinos that accepts payments via your mobile phone bill. Deposits must be between £/€/$10 and £/€/$30, but you can’t receive withdrawals in this way. All deposits are processed instantly.

If you’re not mobile inclined, then the site also accepts Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, Neteller, Skrill, iDeal and Paysafecard. The minimum accepted deposit is £/€/$10, and the maximums vary by payment method.

You can withdraw via all the same methods, and the minimum accepted withdrawal is £/€/$20. You can also withdraw by cheque (min £/€/$30) or bank transfer (min £/€/$50). The maximums are £/€/$1,500 per week or £/€/$3,000 per month, although progressive jackpot winnings will be paid sooner. Withdrawals take between three and seven business days.

The final verdict

We’d wish that Conquer Casino would tidy up their act a little on the design front, as aside from that below par aspect we have a very fine online casino here. There is more than enough content, bonuses are standard and wagering requirements acheivable. Independent customer reviews are favourable, but you can’y help but feel annoyed at the untidiness – launch the casino and the tab on your browser will be labelled ‘Canquer Casino’ !

A site with potential not yet realised – could be a real casino conquerer!
