Casino of Dreams in a nutshell

The grandly-titled Casino of Dreams is an online casino that’s run by a company called Broadway Gaming Limited. Broadway are based in Malta, and run via licences issued by the Maltese Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission for players based in the United Kingdom. Casino of Dreams seems to be the only online casino site that’s run by this company, although they do run four online bingo sites: Butlers Bingo, Dotty Bingo, Rosy Bingo and Glossy Bingo.

Casino of Dreams came online in late 2015, and is powered purely by one of the top online software providers going – Microgaming. It offers a number of entertaining slots and casino games, plus promotions and a loyalty scheme.

So, will ‘Casino of Dreams’ actually be your casino of dreams, or your casino of nightmares? Why don’t you read on to find out?

What’s the look and feel of Casino of Dreams?

Casino of Dreams has a neat and unfussy design approach that we are very much in favour of. The site does not constantly shove its promotions in your face – but that may be because they don’t have many promotions!

This is close to our ‘casino design of dreams’ – the only thing we would add are some gamification elements.

What games are available at Casino of Dreams?

All the software at the site is produced by the online gambling software providers Microgaming.

Slots-wise, that gives you access to 132 video slots games, and 74 3-reel online slots. The ones we’d particularly recommend are ‘Hot as Hades’ and ‘Bridesmaids’.

Microgaming make a great number of table games, and a good number are available at the site. This includes fourteen versions of blackjack, seven versions of roulette, three versions of baccarat, nine versions of casino poker (including three-card poker and pai gow poker) plus craps.

If you enjoy video poker, then your dreams will really come true at this site, as they have twenty-two different versions.

All software here is provided by Microgaming – there are no other providers.

The site does have a mobile version, but it is for registered players only – no free play.

Support is available 24/7. When we tried it, the operators were a little slow to respond.

What promotions are available at Casino of Dreams?

Dreams usually begin on a positive note (unless it’s the one where you’re back at school, but dressed only in your underwear), but how does your experience at Casino of Dreams begin? The opener is a hundred percent bonus match on your first deposit at the site, plus fifty bonus spins.

The bonus itself adds up to £1,000 over your first three deposits, with 100%, 25% and 50% matches respectively. You’ll also receive 50 spins on your first deposit, on the Wild Scarabs slot.

40x wagering required to withdraw bonus (game weighting applies). 2 day expiry for bonuses. Max bet 6.25 until wagering requirement completed, T&Cs apply, New players only, Min deposit £10.

We always love casinos that make their T&Cs regarding bonuses crystal clear … and we ain’t quite loving what we see at Casino of Dreams so far. The bonus comes with just minimal details and a ‘Claim Now’ button, which when you click simply leads you to a registration page. You have to scroll down to the general ‘terms and conditions’ link to find out what’s expected of you when it comes to claiming your bonus.

All bonuses are paid as ‘casino bonus money’. The wagering requirement for ALL casino bonuses at Casino of Dreams is 40 times the bonus, which is about the industry standard. You can only meet your wagering requirements fully regarding this bonus by using slots and scratch cards. Any wagering done on roulette, blackjack or video poker counts eight percent, while ‘other’ games such as craps or pai gow poker do not count at all, which is a bit of a blow. As you meet your wagering requirements, bonus money is transfered to your cash balance in increments of ten pounds. You do not use your bonus funds until your cash balance is at zero.

We could not find any details of any time limits associated with the award of the bonus, or meeting your wagering expectations.

Casino of Dreams does not have much of a promotions page. In fact the only other promo we could find was ‘Free Spins Every Friday’, but that came with no further information. We found more info on the VIP page – if you deposit £20 or more over seven days you receive between ten and twenty-five free spins on a selected slot, as long as you have climbed above the first rung of the VIP ladder.

More info about the VIP ‘Loyalty Club’: This is a five-tier scheme. You receive zero benefits on the lowest tier, but at the highest tier you receive a birthday bonus, twenty-five free spins on ‘Immortal Romance’ and up to a £50 bonus every Monday. The site mentions ‘loyalty points’ but does not mention how you get them. It also says you are notified by email when you move up to the next level of this VIP scheme.

Casino of Dreams accepts a limited number of payment solutions. You can use your Visa or MasterCard credit card, your Maestro debit card, or three e-solutions: Paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller. You can deposit to all of these, but you cannot withdraw to either MasterCard or Paysafecard.

The minimum deposit you can make is £10 (first deposit only, subsequent deposits £20), and the minimum withdrawal is £20. You cannot withdraw more than £5,000 in a single week, or £20,000 in a single month, aside from progressive jackpot wins. All withdrawals are processed within seven days, although withdrawals over £500 can take longer. There are no charges, unless you withdraw frequently.

The final verdict

There are only two things that we would change about Casino of Dreams. We would make the bonus terms and conditions more transparent, and we would add more software providers. There is nothing wrong with Microgaming, but it’s always preferable to have more options.

We like the way the site has been designed, and the wagering requirements are reasonable, even if you can only satisfy them on slots and scratchcards. We can’t say that Casino of Dreams IS actually our dream casino, but it’s a significantly safe distance away from being a nightmare gambling portal.
