Casino Cruise in a nutshell

Setting sail in September 2014, Casino Cruise is a  gorgeously-designed online casino that provides games from two of the industry’s best in Microgaming and NetEnt, plus a few other software providers. The site is run by EveryMatrix, who are part of OddsMatrix, a company who act as a consolidation service bringing together lots of top gambling providers into one convenient package.

Everything up top at Casino Cruise seems promising, but what about below decks? Is Casino Cruise likely to sink or swim in your estimations? Read on to find out …

What’s the look and feel of Casino Cruise?

The site is visually stunning and functions brilliantly. Banners are adorned with characters from popular slot titles such as Gonzo’s Quest and Space Wars, and the anchor-shaped live chat window drops down as you scroll – a nice little quirk!

Full credit goes to Casino Cruise for publishing the RTP of ALL their games in one handy table.

  • Slick, organised and dynamic, Casino Cruise offers a positive player experience through its website. It is accessible and approachable too.

  • We couldn’t point to anything we didn’t like about this site. Players will have no trouble finding their way around

What games are available at Casino Cruise?

Casino Cruise boasts an impressive arsenal of 600 games. Categorisation, however, isn’t great: you’ll find versions of roulette and poker mixed in with slots. They also seem keen to push some of the lesser-known slots (Electric Sam? Gemix? Titan Storm?) as opposed to the tried and test top slots like Starburst, Jack and the Beanstalk and South Park: Reel Chaos.

The site has over 50 different versions of roulette, blackjack, casino poker and baccarat. Video poker fans can emulate the likes of Huck Seed with over 30 different variations of the game. There are a host of ‘classic slots’ that real-life video arcade fans will be familiar with, plus scratch cards and keno.

There’s a live casino here as well, with software provided by live games specialist Evolution Gaming.

All the best games at Casino Cruise are provided courtesy of Microgaming and NetEnt, two of the biggest names in the casino software industry. Some other games are provided by NYX Interactive, Vivo Gaming and Play’n GO.

As of October 2015, the cruise ship offers a shiny new live casino courtesy of Evolution Gaming. You can play live blackjack, roulette and casino poker from the slickest dealers on the planet.

Can I play at Casino Cruise on mobile?

The mobile site for Casino Cruise looks and performs much like its desktop version i.e. very well. Navigation is a cinch and the site looks great on a mobile screen

What promotions are available at Casino Cruise?

Casino Cruise certainly welcomes you on board with lots of tasty promotions and welcome offers.

First up the flagpole is a welcome bonus that maxes out at £1,000, and is coupled with 100 free spins. This bonus is spread out over the first four deposits you make. It can be split at the maximum of 2 x £200, then 2 x £300, and matched 100%, 50%, 25% and 25%. The 100 free spins are available on Starburst as soon as you’ve made your first deposit, and are spread out over five consecutive days.

Alternatively, you can claim a bonus exclusive to, worth 150 percent up to £/€/$ 300.

The wagering requirements are average – 40x the bonus amount only – but it’s only a two week cruise as players get 14 days in which to meet the requirements. There are also the game weightings to contend with:

Slots and ‘other’ games – 100%
All games under ‘classic’ slots – 75%
All table games and live dealer games – 20%
All blackjack and video poker – 10%
Classic blackjack gold and all aces poker – 2%

There are also some extra rules regarding the bonuses at Casino Cruise so it’s really worth getting to grips with them in their entirety before you sign up.

Other promotions run by Casino Cruise include ‘Tuesday Pool Party’ and ‘Friday Freebie’ and the chance to win a real-life dream cruise vacation.

When you wager at the casino you receive one Cash Point for every £10 you bet, and you can covert every 100 Cash Points you collect for £1 in real cash. The site has a Loyalty Program but at the time of writing it is in ‘coming soon’ status.

The VIP Lounge can be found on the Upper Decks. VIP Benefits include weekly cashback, VIP-only promotions, special gifts and faster withdrawals.

A nice and tidy range of cashier options from Visa/Maestro and MasterCard to eWallet providers: Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, iDeal, Ukash, Giropay, Sofort Überweisung and Euteller.

It’s a shame Casino Cruise doesn’t support Paypal for German players.

Does Casino Cruise have a VIP Programme or Loyalty Scheme?

Players who earn enough loyalty points will be invited to join the VIP Club aboard Casino Cruise. Gifts, account management, exclusive bonuses and more await VIP players

What are the pros & cons of Casino Cruise?

Casino Cruise has been around since 2014 and has provided a consistently appealing and player-centered experience. Most players, casual or otherwise, will enjoy this casino.
Of course no one is perfect and there were a few niggles we spotted. Check those out below:

  • Over 600 games, including the very best from Microgaming and NetEnt
  • The site design is fabulous
  • Lots of available currencies and enough funding options
  • 100 free spins
  • Live gaming available via Evolution Gaming
  • Only two weeks to complete welcome bonus wagering requirements
  • Could do with supporting more languages

The final verdict

It certainly seems the good ship Casino Cruise has steered itself into a very popular port. The site design is exceptional, and there are more enough games to keep anyone entertained with all the top titles from Microgaming and NetEnt available.

Support is very good, with an extensive list of FAQs and contact information. There are no awful withdrawal limits, although the casino does say it reserves the right to pay out any win over £100,000 in installments. The only leak in the hull is the two week time frame to wager through the welcome bonus. Most casinos give you 30 days.

Your time at Casino Casino is very unlikely to leave you sea-sick. Why not hop aboard now and see if Casino Cruise is the right casino for you?
